My local book shop, Queen's Park Books, kindly took stock of two copies of You Bet: The Betfair Story - How two men changed the world of gambling. As a marketing experiment, we decided that I would sign one and leave the other in mint condition, allowing the market then to determine which was more valued. On dropping into the shop today, I have to admit a certain humble pleasure on learning that the signed copy went first.
