Betfair v Amazon

My book You Bet: The Betfair Story - How two men changed the world of gambling is, as you would expect, on sale through Amazon. So two online innovators united? Not quite. Amazon has just run out of copies, which illustrates that the company is in essence just a distribution company - albeit a very good one that has empowered the customer by giving him or her a voice. Betfair? Now there is a true innovation, according to the dictionary definition - to alter, to introduce as something new, revolution.
